American rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly been hospitalised after sustaining a head injury during an alleged fight with convicted Jamaican drug lord Christopher “Dudus” Coke in prison.
According to TMZ, the incident occurred over the weekend following tensions reportedly linked to the loss of certain privileges after reports emerged about Diddy’s luxurious prison lifestyle.
During the alleged altercation, Combs reportedly sustained a head injury and was taken to a nearby medical centre for treatment in the early hours of Saturday, October 10.
NewsNation reported that the rapper was conscious and speaking when he returned to the prison before sunrise. Both Combs and the other inmate allegedly involved in the incident were subsequently placed in solitary confinement.
Diddy is serving a 50-month prison sentence following his conviction for transporting women for prostitution, including his former girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura.
His release date has reportedly been moved from January 21, 2028, to March 2, 2028.
The circumstances surrounding the alleged altercation have not been independently confirmed.
